Yes, it is recommended that you create a new TouchMix session every time you are going to start a new recording. There are times where users will not ever create a new session and they are automatically recording into the "Default" session folder the TouchMix creates on a USB drive the moment it is inserted into the TouchMix. If you continue recording into the same session, you will find that you will have multiple audio regions within the track folders, making it difficult to separate the different recordings from one another.
