This is a Phoenix connector that gives you the ability to remotely control the output gain of your K/KW loudspeaker using a 10K pot (wiring diagrams are available at www.qsc.com). 

This is particularly useful in installation situations where the out-of-reach speaker volume needs to be adjusted without altering the input signal.
