Problem

The Power LED idicator does not come on even though the loudspeaker is plugged in and the power switch is on. 

The loudspeaker was working but made a small “pop” sound and immediately shut down. It will not turn back on. 

Solution | Workaround

Verify the following: 

• The power cable is good.
• The AC mains outlet is good and has power. The loudspeaker has a universal power supply, so it can work on any AC voltage from 100 to 240 volts. 

After verifying power cable and outlet are checked, does the problem remain?
